Straightforward 2:1 recovery for common cable and component diameters
SLEEVANTA product family reference
HS-SW2General-Purpose Single-Wall Heat-Shrink Tubing
A practical 2:1 tubing family for electrical insulation, cable organization, identification and light mechanical protection. The current commercial reference is not presented as flame-retardant; mandatory flame or compliance requirements are matched to a separately verified exact model.
Commercial reference / 30 July 2026
Size and roll-length starting points.
| Nominal size in reference | Metres per roll | Quantity basis |
|---|---|---|
| 3 mm | 200 m | One roll per size / colour was the historical MOQ |
| 6 mm | 100 m | One roll per size / colour was the historical MOQ |
| 12 mm | 100 m | One roll per size / colour was the historical MOQ |
These nominal sizes are not guaranteed minimum expanded or maximum recovered inside diameters. Ask for the dimensional table and recovered wall thickness of the exact quoted model before selecting fit.
SP-A is a separately reviewed 2:1 technical sheet. Its 0.5–50 mm range and −55°C to +125°C operating reference cannot be assigned to the unnamed generic price-list product without model confirmation.
Current availability, sample charges, international freight, cut lengths and lead time require supplier confirmation. No stock or certification guarantee is made by this table.

A practical construction for a defined job.
Final size, color, packaging, performance and document status are confirmed in the quotation for the proposed manufacturer's model.
Supports insulation, bundling, identification and light strain relief
Reviewed commercial reference covers black, colour and clear in selected nominal sizes
One-roll orders, cut lengths and short samples can be reviewed for the exact selected item
Representative sourced range
Technical data for initial selection.
Values below describe the representative source range currently reviewed. They are not blanket specifications for every possible size, color or manufacturer's model.
The current commercial benchmark is general-purpose and is not presented as flame-retardant. If UL 224 recognition, VW-1, FT-2 or another flame requirement is mandatory, it must be stated in the RFQ so a compliant exact model can be sourced and verified before quotation.
- Construction
- Single-wall polyolefin
- Nominal shrink ratio
- 2:1
- Separate technical reference
- SP-A sheet: Ø0.5–50 mm; −55°C to +125°C. This is a separate model reference, not the generic priced item.
- Historical nominal size benchmarks
- 3 mm, 6 mm and 12 mm; supplier reference reviewed 30 July 2026
- Colour categories
- Black, colour and clear
- Standard roll benchmarks
- 100–200 m depending on size
- Historical MOQ benchmark
- One roll per size / colour; confirm current terms
- Sample benchmark
- Approx. 1 m for selected standard items within China
- Cut lengths
- Available; cutting basis and price confirmed in the quotation
- Compliance

How to specify
Send what you know.
A current part number, drawing or application photo is helpful, but it is not required to start a model match.
- 01
Maximum diameter the tubing must pass over
- 02
Minimum diameter after installation
- 03
Required operating-temperature range
- 04
Application and substrate material
- 05
Required color, cut or reel length and packaging
- 06

Documentation
Documents for your exact tubing requirement.
Send your current manufacturer part number or drawing, required size, colour and quantity. Include mandatory electrical, temperature, flame or material-compliance requirements.
The current price list does not establish a model-specific certification scope. Technical data or compliance evidence may cover only an identified manufacturer, model, material, size or colour. UL recognition, VW-1/FT-2 flame performance, RoHS/REACH status and other requirements are checked separately for the exact product proposed in the quotation.
- Manufacturer name and complete model or order code identified in the quotation
- Expanded and recovered dimensions, recovered wall thickness and supply format matched to the item
- Original document reference and its model, material, size and colour scope checked when requested
- MOQ, sample charges, lead-time trigger and quotation validity stated
A recognition record or sample test may cover selected materials, sizes or colours. It does not establish coverage for every product in a supplier's catalogue.
Our generic HS-SW2 commercial reference is not presented as flame-retardant. State any UL 224, VW-1 or FT-2 requirement so a separate exact-model option can be reviewed.

How to choose heat-shrink tubing size
Use pass-over diameter, recovered diameter and the exact model's tolerances to shortlist heat-shrink tubing for a cable, splice or connector.
