A China-based supplier with a defined sourcing role
SLEEVANTA is an independent heat-shrink tubing sourcing and supply partner for wire-harness, cable-assembly, connector and industrial-equipment buyers. We coordinate model selection, available-document checks, sample requests and quotations. The manufacturing source and legal seller/exporter are identified for the proposed order.
Our family codes are selection references. They do not establish a factory-owned brand, a certified model or an interchangeable part. Meet SLEEVANTA.
Start with one of two product families
- HS-SW2: 2:1 general-purpose single-wall tubing for insulation, identification, bundling and light protection. The current commercial reference is not presented as flame-retardant.
- HS-DW3: 3:1 adhesive-lined dual-wall tubing for suitable joints and terminations requiring reinforcement or moisture-resistant sealing. Assembly waterproofing and IP ratings require separate evidence.
Use the size guide and construction comparison to frame the RFQ. Temperature and dimensional limits follow the exact quoted model.
Compare quotations on the same basis
A comparable quotation identifies the manufacturer model, dimensions, supply format, applicable documents and commercial terms. Use the same requirements when reviewing different proposals.
| Check | Send the supplier | Request in the proposal |
|---|---|---|
| Product fit | Largest pass-over diameter, installed substrate diameter and required coverage | Exact-model expanded / recovered ID, wall thickness and installation guidance |
| Construction | Single-wall or adhesive-lined; substrate and exposure conditions | Proposed manufacturer, model and compatibility limits |
| Documents | Mandatory flame, electrical, RoHS, REACH or customer requirements | Documents matched to the model, size, colour and formulation |
| Quantity and format | Metres, pieces or reels; colour, cut length and packaging | Quantity per pack, MOQ, cutting basis and quotation currency |
| Samples | What the sample must demonstrate on your assembly | Sample model, size, charges, freight and acceptance criteria |
| Delivery and order | Destination country / city and required date | Supplier-confirmed lead time, freight basis, Incoterm, legal seller and payment terms |
Confirm samples and MOQ for the selected item
A supplier reference reviewed on 30 July 2026 allowed one roll per size and colour and approximately 1 m samples of selected standard items within China. This is a historical starting point; current availability, charges, shipping and final MOQ require a fresh quotation. International sample freight is not included in that reference.
Record the sample manufacturer, model, size and colour. Test it on your assembly using the manufacturer's instructions. Sample approval should identify the accepted item and test conditions.
Match every document to the quoted model
- Identify the manufacturer, complete model or order code, requested size and colour.
- Record the required standard or grade and the original document reference, date and stated coverage.
- Check whether the file is a supplier declaration, sample test report or recognition record; retain any limits or exceptions.
- Match that scope to the proposed item and record unresolved requirements before approving a quotation.
A catalogue badge, price list or internal flame demonstration is not evidence that all tubing in a family meets a mandatory requirement. Identify the required standard at enquiry stage and check which model, size, colour and material each document covers.
Request expanded and recovered dimensional limits, recovered wall thickness, operating limits and installation guidance. A separate SP-A or SP-Z reference sheet cannot establish the properties of a generic item in an unnamed price list. See the RFQ and document checklist.
Confirm delivery and order responsibility
Send the destination and required date. Lead time, stock, freight, Incoterm, currency, quote validity and payment terms are confirmed for the exact proposal. Identify the legal seller/exporter and quality-remedy terms before agreeing an order. The website does not publish a standing stock or delivery guarantee.
Illustrative enquiry example — not a completed customer case
Tubing over a larger connector and a smaller cable
A cable-assembly enquiry should include the largest connector diameter, cable diameter, substrate material, required insulation or sealing function, colour, cut length, quantity and mandatory documents. Compare the expanded and recovered dimensions of an identified single-wall or adhesive-lined option against that assembly.
Use the size guide to prepare these measurements. Suitability remains subject to the selected model's instructions and assembly evaluation; this example does not claim product approval, a test pass or a completed delivery.
Buyer questions
Can I use a supplier's UL or flame-test document for every size and colour?
Check the exact manufacturer model, size, colour and document scope. A listing or sample test does not establish coverage for every product in a supplier's catalogue. Include the required standard or grade in your enquiry.
Can SLEEVANTA confirm a size and roll length from its reference tables?
The tables show dated commercial size and roll-length benchmarks. The manufacturer model, present supply format and order conditions are confirmed for the requested item before quotation.
What should I send for an adhesive-lined tubing enquiry?
Include the largest pass-over diameter, installed cable diameter, cable-jacket or substrate material, environment, colour, length, quantity, delivery country and required documents. Add recovered wall thickness or a drawing if your design specifies it.
Can I request a cut length, printing or neutral packaging?
Include the cut length and tolerance, print text or drawing, packaging requirement and quantity by size and colour. The proposed supplier option, charges and order conditions are reviewed with the exact item.
Can I enquire without a part number?
Yes. Send the application, dimensions, quantity, destination and mandatory requirements. Mark unknowns so a sourcing suggestion is not mistaken for an approved specification.
Does SLEEVANTA own the manufacturing facilities shown?
SLEEVANTA is an independent sourcing partner. The authorised partner media provides source context; it does not establish factory ownership or exact-product certification.
How do I contact SLEEVANTA?
